As mentioned in my 12/3/07 post, we are now deep in the trenches to measure and analyze the traffic we receive. One of the things we have not been able to do till now is to determine the quality of the visitors we receive “organically” vs. paid SEO, PPC, and PPA targeted traffic. Accordingly, you may see the total unique visitor count this month in the hundreds or low thousands.

We expect the long-term results of this work to exceed any potential loss in viewership our member advertisers may experience. If you are one of them, your patience and understanding are much appreciated. They should also be amply rewarded.

We had our best month this past December, with three new member advertisers taking 14,900 pixels (see my previous posting), so I’m thrilled to present these statistics for 2007:

* Sales: 51,000 pixels

* ShareASale affilates: 84

* Traffic: 229,888 visits, 3,890,044 hits

* Alexa Rank: #545,345 for Q4 2007, up 127,590 from Q3 2007

1. We’ll be around for a minimum of 10 years

2. Web TV is still in its infancy

3. Internet video is the hottest advertising medium, projected to grow between 20-40% annually in the next 5 years,
