Profit Sharing
Along with your purchase, you will receive a Profit Sharing Certificate.It will show the number of pixels bought by you and entitle you to profits from the appreciation of your pixels. This is NOT a stock certificate; it does not represent shares in this website, our company, or any other legal entity. The only right they confer on you is the possibility of sharing in future profits.
We think this might happen in a number of different ways. One possibility is to team up with the one
of the emerging internet mega-advertising networks, when traffic and video views on the site become
valuable enough for them to add to their network. Another situation could be an outright sale, with the provision
that the site must be kept online for at least the remainder of the 10 year period. We will do our best to grow the value of
the site and monitor the "netscape" for the most beneficial deals.
How will that work for you? Let's say you bought 1,000 pixels. If we receive $2 million over the the original $1 million
dollar value of the site, your profit-share certificate could make $2,000 for you (1,000 pixels x $2 per pixel.)
No guarantees - but it could happen!
This is an additional way for us to entice you to buy pixels, set up your video channel, and to promote them on your website or blog. Creating a link back to your channel, discussing it on your blog, social networking pages like Myspace or Digg, and promoting it in other ways will increase the value of your investment even further.
